Well all the earlier this week was surrounding M.I.A.’s filp of the bird. The NFL and NBC fired off an apology the following day. The question is was M.I.A. understanding of what she did. Madonna recently spoke with Ryan Seacrest on the incident. She wasn’t too happy with the choice during the performance of “Give Me All Your Luvin’.” Below she explains her outlook.
“I wasn’t happy about it. I understand it’s punk rock and everything, but to me there was such a feeling of love and good energy and positivity, it seemed negative,” she said. “It’s such a teenager, kind of irrelevant thing to do. But on the other hand, there was such a feeling of love and unity there, what was the point? It was just out of place.”
