This morning, Congressman and former Black Panther leader Bobby Rush was silenced and escorted off the House Of Representatives floor for wearing a hoodie and defiantly speaking out against the senseless kiling of Trayvon Martin.

“The chair will ask the Sargent of Arms to enforce the prohibition on decorum,” said Republican Congressman Gregg Harper, acting as speaker.”Members need to remove their hoods or leave the floor.” According to Harper, Rush violated a rule against wearing hats.
