It was do or die time Saturday night down in South Beach for the Miami Heat and I only the mention the Heat here because they had more to lose than the Celtics. Both the Celtics and the Heat were fighting for a chance to contend for a chance to play the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals. Neither MVPs for both teams disappointed as Rajon Rondo and LeBron James had huge nights. Rondo finished with a triple-double via 22pts, 10rebs, and 14ast and on the other side LeBron James finished with 31pts, 12rebs, and 2ast. Chris Bosh also poured in a career high 3 three pointers which may have been the difference maker for the game. Great series by both teams but now for the Heat they get the matchup everyone wants to see, Thunder vs Heat, Durant vs James. Who will come out the victor? Well we’ll just have to wait until Tuesday night to find out who will take Game 1. Stay tuned to The Source for our NBA Finals Preview tomorrow.
