The Philadelphia 76ers made some major moves Friday as they decided to sign Nick Young to a one-year deal worth $6 million. The signing of Young essentially ended Lou Williams tenure with the Sixers. Along with picking up Young, they also exercised the amnesty clause on veteran power forward Elton Brand in order to remove Brand’s $18 million off the salary cap.
