The mogul recently faced a lawsuit over a fragrance line Diddy was planning on releasing titled Empress. Empress Haircare Products’ claim was issued in January 2012.
Empress Haircare Products claims in the lawsuit, that Diddy opted to use the name without full clearance. The suit was nullified in court this past Wednesday.
