[2 deaths, 23 Injuries]
Multiple reports and photos are surfacing about 2 bombs exploding in buildings near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
The blast occurred at 2:50 p.m. today near the intersection of Boylston and Exerter st. Photos and video show store fronts blown out and plenty of damage to the surrounding area.
Sources spoke to a Boston Police Department Spokesperson who said there was
“some sort of incident at 671 Boylston Street.”
The Boston Herald reports that at least 23 people are injured. Many of those injured seem to be spectators of the 117th race. Two have died.
