According to Tawanna Iverson, Allen Iverson’s ex-wife, A.I. has abducted his own children after failing to bring them home after a “vacation.”
A.I. allegedly asked for permission to take his five kids to North Carolina from May 22nd to May 26th and Tawanna agreed. When May 26th came the children were not returned as agreed upon.
As days passed, Tawanna attempted to meet at a neutral location, a Target store, but A.I. Was a no show. Tawanna has complete legal and primary physical custody of their children and believes A.I. never went on vacation with the kids but instead is keeping them in a hotel in Georgia.
Tawanna is also concerned with A.I.’s drinking problem and is demanding the courts to force A.I. to return their children and punish him for his actions.
This isn’t her first time going to the courts for help, Tawanna previously told the courts to lock up A.I. for his failure to pay $40,000 in child support.
A.I. has yet to be reached.
