On May 12th Chris Brown was involved in a hit and run accident with a woman in the San Fernando Valley.
According to TMZ, Chris Brown left the scene without fully providing the proper information required. Though the female involved decided she does not want to send Brown to jail over the accident, the D.A feels Brown violated his probation from the Rihanna issue back in 2009, and broke the law. If Brown is found guilty he could receive up to 4 years in prison.
Currently Chris Brown has not received any jail time, but must go back to court August 16th for another hearing.
