Ryan Murphy’s miniseries “American Horror Story” leads with 17 nods. The HBO drama “Game of Thrones” follows close behind with 16, as do “Behind the Candelabra” and “Saturday Night Live” with 15 apiece. In the comedy category, NBC’s “30 Rock,” which concluded its seven-season run in January, claims 13 nominations, and “Modern Family” follows with 12.

Since Netflix has started its original series of shows including “House of Cards”, “Hemlock Grove”, “Orange is the new black”, etc., Netflix concludes with 14 nominations. Its categories include Outstanding Drama Series, Outstanding Actor in a Drama Series (Kevin Spacey) and Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series (Robin Wright) for “House of Cards,” as well as Outstanding Actor in a Comedy Series (Jason Bateman) for “Arrested Development.”
