Timbaland is having one of his best years ever. Already responsible for the production of one multi-platinum album (Justin Timberlake‘s The 20/20 Experience), and two sure-to-be multi-platinum albums (Jay Z‘s Magna Carta Holy Grail, and Justin Timberlake‘s The 20/20 Experience Continues), in addition to his own album being released later this year, Shock Value III, Timbo’s having a 2013 to remember. However, with his instrumentation of 20 superb pop/r&b songs for Timberlake’s two albums, we’d like to take a look back at some of his best non-rap moments behind the boards. From classic Aaliyah to Jennifer Hudson’s debut, there are some rather popular, but some very subtle stellar production jobs that Timbaland has done for this genre, and others.
