Will we see Alex Rodriguez on a baseball field ever again?

Yesterday we learned the fate of the Milwaukee Brewers’ Ryan Braun when it came to the Biogenesis case. Braun has reportedly struck a deal with the MLB where he will only be suspended for the remainder of this season. The next big name to go will most likely be Alex Rodriguez.

Learning Braun’s fate has prompted A-Rod to seek a similar deal with the MLB. The reason why Rodriguez is looking for a deal is because the evidence against him goes “far beyond” the evidence the MLB had against Braun.

According to CBSNewYork if A-Rod does not strike a deal with the MLB he may get hit with a lifetime ban from the game.

The 37-year old Rodriguez has yet to suit up for the Yankees this season. Though it is not good for baseball to see a player like A-Rod get hit with a lifetime ban, this would be good for the Yankees financially.

This leads to the question of, will we ever see Alex Rodriguez on a baseball field ever again?
