Other than Billboard plaques, a number one album, an opening slot on Rihanna’s sold out world tour and international magazine covers, A$AP Rocky’s seemingly overnight skyrocket to stardom also managed to produce an entire career. Having made a name for himself on Rocky’s “Kissin’ Pink” and the Mob’s “Bangin’ ON Waxx”, not to mention his own landmark single, “Work”, A$AP Ferg is next out of the Harlem-bred camp. Originally billed as a mixtape, Trap Lord–which will remain the title of Ferg’s album, despite Gucci Mane’s outraged internet banter–is now A$AP Ferg’s official major label (Polo Ground/RCA) debut album, to be released on August 20th. Sporting the sure-fire hit singles “Work RMX” and the newly minted “Shabba”, the album’s entire tracklist is now available for your viewing pleasure. Seems as if Summer Jam wasn’t the only thing Bone Thugz had planned with A$AP. We’ll see how this turns out in just under a month.
