Fred the Godson aims to dethrone the self-claimed ‘king of New York’; Kendrick Lamar
Fred the Godson is the third artist (second New Yorker) to step up and defend the ‘king of New York’ title against the self-claimed king Kendrick Lamar with his track “Say My Name.” Don’t worry, it’s not Destiny’s Child instrumental.
Unlike Joell Ortiz, Fred, and B.o.B., went over a different instrumental with some bars indicating Fred knows where Kendrick is touring and isn’t attending as a fan.
