Since signing to Fool’s Gold, Queen’s World’s Fair has been all kinds of busy performing across the country. And they don’t want you to feel left out if you didn’t get to catch them live. So they released the next video off of their Bastards of the Party mixtape, “Sammy Sosa.” The video’s director, Jay Sprogell, explains that “the song reminded me of gritty, classic cinema like Taxi Driver with Robert De Niro, so I looked to capture that classic crime drama feel in the video.” And he did just that.
Also, for all NYC residents, World’s Fair will be headlining their first major show on their home soil on 11/21 at SOB’s. It will be part of Hot 97’s “Who’s Next?” showcase. Catch all the info for that HERE.
