Rihanna’s Diamonds World Tour Comes to An End
While bringing her Diamonds World Tour to a wrap, Rihanna and friends prepared backstage with an all-out twerk fest, Caribbean style. The Bajan bombshell made her final stop in New Orleans over the weekend, closing the tour.
This year, Rihanna will take home the “Icon Award” at the American Music Awards in Los Angeles, Nov. 24 at the Nokia Theater. Larry Klein, executive producer of the award show explains the new category saying,
“The first-ever Icon Award was created to honor an artist whose body of work has made a profound influence over pop music on a global level. Rihanna’s iconic and innovative sound has enabled her to become one of the most influential and best-selling artists of all time.”
