While in town for the Global Spin Awards last night, Queens legend and A Tribe Called Quest member, Q-Tip, took some time out to chill with GQ‘s Rapper of the Year, Kendrick Lamar. A picture surfaced of the two in the studio, presumably working, online this morning. A possible collaboration would definitely be a cause for celebration. The Abstracts production skills are well known in the industry and Lamar’s rhyming game has been top notch as of recent. However, it is possible that this photo could just indicate that the two are close friends, and enjoy hanging out with another. We’re all hoping that it is the former possibility, instead of the latter.
