Lady Gaga named the new face of Versace
This week, Versace announced Lady Gaga as the new face of their 2014 Spring/Summer Collection. At last night’s AMA’s the ARTPOP singer was spotted in three different looks. Versace confirmed the news on Twitter writing, “#Versace proudly confirms @LadyGaga as the face of SS14 campaign shot by Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott #VersaceLovesGaga.”
Working the red carpet Gaga wore a soft hue chiffon lilac gown, styled with a two silver Medusa medallions body chain, topped with a lilac Versace shoe the same color as her gown.
Effortlessly beautiful while taking her seat next to fellow singer R.Kelly, for her second look she wore a strapless vintage Versace gown detailed in Swarovski crystals with full zippers in the front and back.
For her final look of the night, performing her single “Do What You Want,” she wore a custom-made Atelier Versace Swarovski crystal structured jacket and an Atelier Versace Swarovski crystal pleated skirt over a custom-made Atelier Versace bodysuit.
After news hit Lady Gaga shared her excitement writing:
“I’m so happy to be working w/ @Versace for the new Campaign! What do you wanna wear this Spring? #Donatella #famiglia.”
