Remember when Kanye West kicked a fan out for throwing a business card on stage during the Watch the Throne tour? Well last night Kanye West was on a zero tolerance policy for unwanted interruptions again at his Yeezus concert in San Antonio. In the middle of his set, specifically on the outro to “Runaway”, Kanye demanded the removal of a female audience member after she allegedly kept yelling at Kanye to remove his Maison Martin Margiela mask during his monologue. Kanye went on to ask the crowd rhetorically, “Do I look like a motherf***ing comedian?” and expressively stating to the approval cheers of audience members that “I’m Kanye motherf***ing West!”.
With so many misquotations recently especially in regards to the late Nelson Mandela, it is no surprise that Kanye is being very careful as to what comments ultimately surrounds him. Furthermore he is sensitive to how his art is being presented, stating that people can see his face on the internet 24/7 and if they are at the show, they should accept the show the way Kanye intended them to experience it.
