When we’re talking about Bonnie and Clyde, we’re probably not just talking about the infamous 1930s partners-in-crime. These days, we’re most likely talking about any or all of history’s ride or die rule-breakers who were crazy in love (or maybe still are). In light of the much-anticipated new A&E miniseries, we’ve put together a slideshow of hip-hop’s favorite “Bonnie and Clyde” couples. From the relationships of the 90s to today’s reigning rap royalty, they’ve all got that thing. They are untouchable, unstoppable, and unforgettable.
What ‘made’ Bonnie and Clyde? Granted, it may not be just one factor. It may not even be 100% fact. But it’s a lot of romance, a lot of ambition, and a lot of legend.
