Curren$y’s back with a vengeance
Last year was a pretty good one for Curren$y. He put out multiple projects, including New Jet City, which landed in the top 5 on our Best Mixtapes of 2013 list, and a collaborative EP with Wiz Khalifa, Live In Concert, a solid body of work that had been a long time coming for the two frequent collaborators. In 2014, Curren$y has promised more new music (as usual), and announced Drive-In Theater as his next project prior to the end of last year. We’re not sure whether it’ll be a free mixtape or an album, but what is for sure is that if its anything like New Jet City, Curren$y’ll be looking to push himself even higher up the ranks of the year-end list this year.
