NY State of Mind
TV host/personality Naomi Defensor had the opportunity to interview NY rapper Bodega Bamz for “Fetchin’ The Fresh”, on her new network, Coool Flame, based out of LA. Both the rapper and former MTV Real World personality had one thing in common: they are both from NY.
Since releasing her web show on YouTube, she has been hosting gigs for Coool Flame TV and so far she has interviewed Duchesses and Caesar from the VH1 hit tv show, Black Ink Crew. In the beginning of the interview, Bodega Bamz tells Naomi what age he started doing music and how he is compared to Latino rappers Big Pun and Fat Joe. She also gets in depth about who are his musical influences and about being frontman for the new era of NY Hip-Hop.
