Aaron McGruder satirical, hard hitting preteen brother duo makes will make their triumphant return to television. During the summer, Adult Swim teased fans with a small, mysterious “bump” that declared The Boondocks return at the top of 2014—January to be specific. Unfortunately, we will have to wait a little longer for the fan favorite cartoon series, but not that much.
In a bump that aired recently, they responded to a tweet that asked whether Season 4 was actually going to air or suffer the same fate as Detox, never seen or heard. Luckily, viewers will not have to worry, because it is indeed coming out, no ifs, and’s, or but’s. Get your DVR ready, because on April 21, at 10:30 Pm, Granddad, Riley, and Huey will all make their ways back onto your Television. You can check out the bump below…can’t wait, should be good.
