Apparently, Miley Cyrus is on the cover of the latest W Magazine, but even though we’ve been studying it for a couple of days, we are still unsure if this is just an empty rumor or a joke. We are going to assume that the editors of such an illustrious publication, the words on the cover, and the various media outlets that have discussed it aren’t lying; why would they? Whether or not you feel that the person gracing the issue is actually the pop music’s renegade, whoever that is looks a little outrageous. Not in the typically pseudo black appropriation style that has become synonymous with Cyrus persona and name; rather, in the strange, where-are-your-eyebrows and that platinum hair makes you look sickly type of way.
If you’ve been following her for the past few months, nothing should really surprise you anymore. In fact, this probably looks tame compared to some of her more notorious activities from last year. Sometimes, as we time continues to ever move forward, we forget about some major events that made up our lives. We can’t just let this moments disappear from our memories like, we must remember them. Unfortunately, Miley played a huge role in pop culture, literally hijacking water cooler, barbershop, and internet blog conversations for weeks at a time. You couldn’t escape it…even when you desperately tried.
