After a plethora of delays and setbacks, this morning fans were finally able to get their hands on ScHoolboy Q‘s highly anticipated major label debut, Oxymoron. While there has been a number of leaks floating around the internet since last week, the Target hard copy was unattainable until today. The special edition cd included a notable bonus track, “Californication”, which featured A$AP Rocky. TDE‘s latest front runner and the A$AP Mob general have collaborated on a number of songs previously, each time giving listeners an impressive listening experience, quickly becoming fan favorites.
Since 2011, the two have traded verse on four tracks in total and have demonstrated a chemistry that is impossible to deny. Feeding on each other’s energy and attitude, they seem to get better once in the studio together. With this latest release, it seems appropriate that we take a quick tour down memory lane and re-examine their previous work.
