Apart of his Mash-Up Mondays series, rapper Big Boi took it back again this week with his latest track, “Objectum Shalamar.” Mixing “Objectum Sexuality”- a song from his 2012 album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors featuring Phantogram– with Shalamar‘s “A Night To Remember” was a mash-up made in heaven. Anyone who appreciates a funky tune (your grandma included) will dig this. The visual for the rap/disco remix is as trippy as one would expect, if not more so, making this a good single all around.
Big Boi has been keeping us amped with these tracks lately as we anxiously await his reunion with Andre 3000 this summer, and we still have three more weeks of new music to look forward to from him.
