Here at #HerSource, we would like to dedicate Monday’s to our favorite men who inspire us, spark our interest, or are just too fine to look at. On the first Monday in the month of March, we would like to shine a light on our first #ManCrush, Luke James.
Better known as, “The Wolf”, artist, singer, model and entertainer, Luke James is the perfect example of every woman’s crush. Tall, dark, sexy, suave, talented…. the list goes on for days.
Hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, the 29 year old first began his music career singing background vocals for Tyrese. As he progressed as a singer/songwriter, he began penning hit singles for artists such as Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and more.
Further moving into a bigger direction, James released his first mixtape titled, #Luke, in 2011. The mixtape’s critically renowned single “I Want You” secured him a Best R&B Performance nomination at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards.
Upon the release of his second project, Whispers In The Dark, Luke gradually gained attention and a buzz as he prepares for the release of his debut album, Made To Love. The sexy R&B crooner was even personally invited from the Queen B (Beyonce) herself to be an opening act for her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.
