Yeezus just rose again got the book thrown at him

2013 came with a myriad of legal problems for Kanye West, including battery charges stemming from his physical confrontation with paparazzi at an airport, and numerous other quirky incidents involving paparazzi, and just about anybody who attempted to enter his Kim Kardashian-fueled utopia.

Specifically focusing on the infamous incident outside an LAX airport, in which Kanye West grabbed photographer’s camera and used it to throw him to the ground, accusing the photog of trying to get $250,000 out of him–which, we assume, is what Kanye West approximates would be what he’d have to pay should said photog sue him–and berating just about anyone who would listen about the atrocities of being a celebrity that gets followed around 24/7 by people attempting to take pictures of him and sell them for cash. The video is etched in Yeezus folklore.

Today was West’s sentencing, and a judge ruled that Kanye would not have to deal with any felony charges, but 250 hours of community service, 2 years of probation and 30 days of anger management were handed down, in addition to one day in prison.
