2 reported dead thus far in copter crash near the Seattle Space Needle

Seattle, WA news station KOMO/KING5 helicopter has crashed outside the Space Needle after coming in for a landing according to KOMO. The helicopter has fallen on multiple cars, resulting in a 37 year old man being critically injured, yet able to leave his car and reach rescue workers, and 2 confirmed dead according to the Seattle Fire Dept.
The helicopter crew’s status is still unknown at this point.
