RIP To Sonia Perez Llanzon
An Argentina woman named Sonia Perez Llanzon from injecting vaseline into her breasts in order to enhance them. She was 39 years old.
She suffered from a pulmonary embolism on her lungs. She died weeks after she injected herself with the petroleum jelly. Llanzon went to the hospital after she had problems with her breathing.
Doctors said that she initially denied injecting herself but admitted that she tried her hand at giving herself a breast augmentation.
Here is a statement from Julio Pla Cardenas, who is chief of surgery at Lucio Molas Hospital in Santa Rosa:
“In all my medical career, I’ve never seen a case like this. The human body has antibodies to remove bacteria and viruses, but it hasn’t got any mechanisms against this type of product”.
