Social media isn’t always on your side, especially if you’re one of those people who likes to post all of their whereabouts.
A California woman recently had her home burglarized while she vacationed with her family in Las Vegas by a trio including one of her Facebook friends. The woman admits to frequently posting her whereabouts as she was excited about her spring break getaway with her family. Reports say investigators believe Michael Batson used Grant’s Facebook updates to case her home and, with the help of two other men, ransack it last Tuesday. Police caught the burglars red handed while doing some undercover surveillance.
