This is going to be crazy
Hot 97 just announced their festival stage/main stage lineups for the 2014 Summer Jam concert at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey, and it looks as if it’ll be one for the ages.
In addition to some of the year’s hottest and newest stars (August Alsina, Childish Gambino, Mack Wilds), Young Money makes their official return to the festival after the infamous 2012 Nicki Minaj/Peter Rosenberg incident, as both Nicki and Wayne, who both have albums coming out this year, will star on the main stage. 50 Cent will bring his “animal ambition”, and undoubtedly, a slew of classics to music’s biggest showcase.
And, in celebration of the 20th anniversary of one of the greatest rap albums of all time, Nas will headline Summer Jam performing Illmatic, and the multitude of other classic records he has in his discography, in what will be a star-studded, talent fueled showcase.
