Q:  Who are you listening to right now? Who are your favorite hip-hop artists?

Of all time my number one is Rakim, that’s the God MC. A close second is Nas, but who I listen to a lot of times on a regular basis – whole catalogue is Talib Kwali.

Q: We’re here today for “Haunted House 2” and we saw you in the first film, which was hilarious. So tell us about the sequel, what was it like working with Marlon again? And we love your character in the film so just tell us about what it’s been like for you working on the sequel?

It was great! I mean Marlon is like family to me, so he calls and it’s like “Aff you know the deal. It’s Ray Ray, he’s coming to help me with this situation, and then you’re coming to find me at the end of the movie” and we just rock. He lets me improv and I just go “Hey, alright look here homie. We gon’ go in there, we gon’ settle this” and then something happens that Ray Ray – he’s like the scared thug is what I call him. He aint really thug, he funny though.

Q: Talk a little bit about what you have coming up next, what are you working on? Because I think that comedians are geniuses and they make great dramatic actors, so would you ever see yourself working on a dramatic film?

Well thank you. Well I would like to say that I would be doing something like that, very dramatic. Yeah absolutely, I mean one of my favorite actors is Jeffrey Wright and Gary Oldman, the guys who know how to do characters and even Phillip Seymour Hoffman, rest in peace. I look at those guys and so when you see me doing different characters in a comedic fashion, the same gift is there dramatically, so I can turn it on. So absolutely I’m going to do some drama stuff! I’m going to kill somebody in a movie, I’m not going to be a scared thug all my life.

Q: We all know that sex sells and in this film there are a lot of references to sex. So talk about that, cause you guys are looking at your cousin’s girl and wanting to get with her…

I mean it is what it is. It’s all a part of the comedy, you know what I mean? Marlon is – again I call his comedy balls out comedy, ass out comedy, literally. I mean he will pull his ass out in anything. If he did a TV commercial, he could being doing a McDonald’s commercial and his ass could come out; that’s just Marlon, though. And yeah you know he’s having sex with animals, I mean stuffed animals, dolls, it’s just part of him saying there’s no limit to where the comedy can go or there’s no boundaries. So I’m with it.

Q: Do you see yourself doing more writing, some more directing?

Oh yeah! I’ve been writing a lot of stuff. I’ve written two pilots, I wrote a movie that me and Russell Simmons are producing. I’m in another movie with Kevin Hart called “The Wedding Ringer” so I have some things coming out.
