Recently signed to Baus Vision Entertainment, SoCal’s Wes Nyle has hit the ground running after announcing a seven-part release of brand new music, entitled Wes Nyle Wednesdays. Today, he unveiled the second installment to this series in an open testimony entitled Been On.
Though only 23, Nyle’s mind resides in an elevated state of an individual much older. His rhyme scheme is detailed and eccentric, in a good way, and should separate him decently from his competition. With a Summer tour, EP and full-length LP on the way, it’s only a matter of time before everyone catches the “Wes Nyle” virus.
“Baus Vision asked me what my plan was,” said Nyles. “That was very important to me when signing with a entertainment company. I’ve been selling my music on iTunes since I was 15 years old. It’s my music. It’s my art. It’s my vision that I’m sharing with the world so my management has to reflect that.”
Born and raised in Southern California, Nyles has been making his way toward superstardom. As one of the founding members of the “Jerk” movement, Wes grew a substantially large following via social media platforms. With more than 13,000,000 views on YouTube, Wes caught the eye of Fader Magazine, which deemed him one to watch, MTV and New York’s No.1 Hip-Hop station, Hot 97. In 2013, Wes embarked on a multi-city tour with The Alkaholiks and DJ Heron.
