It only seems right that Queen Bey would get recognized by TIME Magazine’s Influential People List; however, not only is she given a place on the esteemed list, but she tops it. For their upcoming issue, Beyoncé Knowles will be beautifully featured on the cover.
This is back to back covers for music strongest power couple, as Jay Z took home the honor last year. In the accompanying article, she speaks about her job as mother, while still pushing the boundary in the industry. While it is tough, Beyoncé has managed to do both in impressive fashion.
In the past year, Beyoncé has sold out the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour while being a full-time mother. Her secret: hard work, honesty and autehnticity. And her answer to the question, What would you do if you weren’t afraid? appears to be “Watch me. I’m about to do it.” Then she adds, “You can too.”
