Emotions ran high for the big game 6 between the Brooklyn Nets and Toronto Raptors at Barclays Center in Brooklyn last night. A loss would eliminate the Nets from the playoffs and a win would send them to game 7 in Toronto. The Nets came out strong and the focus soon shifted to an animated Drake seated (well actually standing) and yelling courtside. He wasn’t the only star in town however as former Nets minority owner Jay Z took his usual courtside seat with his wife Beyonce.
It was an interesting sight considering Hov and Drake’s recent jabs at each other through music as well as Drake calling Jay Z out for missing game one. Drake had also been very cocky after the Raptors took game 5 but the joke was on him last night as the Nets pulled off the 97-83 win.
