The NBA officially announced today that Kevin Durant, the 2013-2014 NBA leading scorer, has won the 2013-2014 NBA MVP award for the first time in his career. Durant finished second in voting to Lebron James for the past two seasons, but finally, the Thunder’s superstar took home the highest individual award in the league.
