Problems arise in the Smith estate.
About a week ago, a photo of Willow Smith–the 13 year old daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith–in bed with her friend, actor Moses Arias, age 20, surfaced and caused quite a stir. People were either outraged that at such a young age Willow was allowed to be in bed with someone so much older than her, or they were defending the Smiths and siding with Willow’s father, Will, who claimed the photo was art, and nothing more.
Well, now the picture has become the subject of a legal matter, and Radar Online has learned that the Los Angeles Department Of Children & Family Services has launched an official investigation into the matter.
A source close to the situation revealed this:
The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department,” an insider told Radar. “Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand.
As for the picture, it lived on Arias’ Instagram account, and was quickly deleted after it became a viral public controversy.
