Boxing champion Adrien Broner showed off his humanitarian side when he pulled his car over and gave a homeless man $1,000. The man was shocked and in disbelief, it was a very touching moment.
Unfortunately the story has now taken a sad turn.
So many people recognized the man that he became a target. According to him he was going to put the money down on an apartment when he was attacked by two men. They stole the money and left him with a nasty black eye. He says he only got to spend $20 or $30 before he was robbed and they took all that was left. It’s sad that people would do such a terrible thing.
