Our favorite blue eyed crooner is not having a hot summer.
From the two racist videos that recently came out, showing him as a 15 year old making derogatory comments about black people, to his pending court cases, it seems as if he finally is receiving good news. 
A few months back, while escaping the negative attention surrounding his legal problems in LA, Justin Bieber and friend Khalil were arrested allegedly drag racing in the Miami streets. Evidence proved that was untrue, however, marijuana was indeed found in both of the singer’s systems.Having been charged with DUI, driving without a valid license and resisting arrest, he has now taken a plea deal with the Miami Police Department.
TMZ reports that “Bieber will plead guilty to reckless driving and the other charges will be dismissed. He’ll pay a fine and attend anger management classes. He will NOT be placed on probation. The deal will be entered in court the week after next.
There are 2 reasons the settlement took so long. The judge wanted Bieber to produce, star in and pay for an anti-drug PSA. Bieber’s lawyer and the prosecutor resisted because they felt it was inappropriate.
The second reason for the delay, prosecutors wanted Bieber to attend a drug/alcohol ed course, but Bieber’s team did not feel their client had a substance abuse problem and taking courses is admission he has issues. In the end, prosecutors settled on an anger management course.”
