Things started off slow for the San Antonio Spurs with the Miami Heat building a 16-point lead in the first quarter. The second quarter was all Spurs though as Kawhi Leonard and Tim Duncan tookover but it was Manu Ginobli who stole the show. Ginobli went off for 8 of his 14 points in the second quarter including this incredible dunk on Chris Bosh.
