While discussing her dispute with Tae Heckard over her former fiancé Brandon Jennings, Teyana Taylor mentioned that she has someone new in her life but wanted it to remain low. Well that mystery man has been revealed and its New York Knicks guard Iman Shumpert.
The two were spotted showing some heavy PDA on a beach in Maui celebrating Shumpert’s 24th birthday. Shumpert is no stranger to having an R&B chick on his arm as he was in a very public relationship with singer Elle Varner and the two posted a romantic beach trip of their own.
After news broke of Teyana and Iman’s new romance people quickly dug up a photo of her and Elle calling her a hypocrite for the Tae situation.
Teyana shut those rumors down quickly on Instagram via The Shade Room:
Awwww this story would be so juicy if I actually knew Elle. Unfortunately that was my first and last time meeting her and A photographer asked us to take a pic, I Don’t know her from a can of paint. Now TAE?? Yes I kno BabyGirl very well. However we won’t discuss that anymore, that behind me. Clearly lol Case closed. If u want the real tea all u have to do is ask.
Elle has remained mum and it’s unclear what caused the breakup between her and Iman but it’s rumored that her new album Four Letter Word is inspired it.
