Singer Bridget Kelly confirms that she is no longer part of Roc Nation. She’s been signed with the label for six years and has been working on her long awaited debut album, Something Different , but in a recent interview with Rap-Up tv she confirmed her departure.

For the past three years, she has released two EPs, Every Girl and Cut To…Bridget Kelly while also continuing to write songs for other artists. She even released two singles, “I Won’t Cry” and “Almost More”. It seems even with the departure she is still looking forward to her debut album being released September.

Here is a statement about the move:

“You outgrow situations sometimes. I still feel their love. They’re still people I confide in and people that I have a really strong personal relationship with, so in order to keep that intact we needed to just go our separate ways, Honestly we needed to part ways”

We wish her nothing but the best
