Toronto’s P. Reign is gearing up to drop his new long awaited project Dear America later this summer but today the Reps Up/OVO crew member gives his fans a new song “Where You Been” which is accompanied by a music video. The bass-heavy production is handled by Bass Line. This song apparently will not be featured on his project but is something just to keep his fans on their toes.
