Going into the HBO show’s fifth and last season, Boardwalk Empire released it’s trailer for the up and coming season. With the cliff hanger “One is the loneliest,” the trailer dives into the conclusion of Nucky Thompson’s life, love and business ventures. Several characters return including Michael K. Williams ( Omar from the Wire) and other previous love interests of Thompson, who always still up some kind of romantically driven drama for the show.

The biggest cliff hanger? When the show fast forwards to 1931, and introduces Thompson’s competition; the ever famous Al Capone. Will this drug king pin put an end to Thompson’s reign as top dog? Tune in to the new season, starting September 7th on HBO.
