Your neighbor’s most hated midnight noise disturbance favorite stick up boys are back. El-P and Killer Mike release their single off their upcoming follow up to last year’s giant, Run The Jewels, with a Latin flair to it. The buzzing bass on “Blockbuster Night Part 1” comes in with a heavy hand as the two emcees trade threats and bragging rights, alike. I can only hope that the music video will be a take on Robert Rodriguez’s Desperado. Run The Jewels 2 will be out October 28th on Mass Appeal Records, which is the new home for the duo. The album will feature Zach de la Rocha, Travis Barker, and more. While El-P claims that, “We can make no promises about the safety of any animals involved in the creation of this record,” Killer Mike adds, “It is the best rap group album since RTJ1!”

I’ll just leave this here: “But I ain’t here for durations/I’m just taking vacations/And tell ’em f*ck ’em/I never loved ’em and salutations…”

Until their next release or the album drops, you can catch them on tour:
