Suge Knight was shot at Chris Brown‘s pre-VMA party earlier this morning in Los Angeles. Knight was taken to surgery and is currently recovering, according to police. TMZ first reported the shooting took place at Los Angeles 1 OAK where the Death Row Records founder and three other victims were shot. Some reports are saying that Brown was the alleged target. It’s said that Knight was shot twice. Moments after the shots rang out, Brown was seen climbing on the bar angry. He later Tweeted,
“It’s disappointing that we as a society can#t have fun or enjoy ourselves without any altercations sometimes. Miss me with the bullsh*t!!!’ he tweeted.”
Neither Suge Knight or Chris Brown’s people have said anything as of yet. We’ll keep you updated.

UPDATE: It appears Chris Brown gave zero f***s in the chaos following the initial shooting that injured veteran rap icon Suge Knight, as per a Revolt report. According to their report, several eyewitnesses declared that after shots were fired, while everyone ducked for cover, Brown hopped up on a table and proclaimed that he was “here”, practically daring the shooters to fire at their alleged intended target. Even during times of good standing it appears that wherever Chris is these days, trouble isn’t too far behind. Yesterday, reports surfaced of Brown receiving praise from his probation judge for remaining drug and infraction free.
