The 10 time NBA All Star will be signing with the Cleveland Cavaliers, joining his fellow ex Heat teammates, Mike Miller and the king himself, LeBron James. Allen had teams such as the Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Clippers, San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat under his radar as potential teams he would hoop for. The all time 3 pt shooter in NBA history brings more depth to the experience department as he will help out the Cavs with making it rain from three point land as the season progress. The 39 year old gunslinger has made Cleveland a more dangerous squad, in which the roster of old and new talent, creates a perfect blend for a NBA title. The signing may have cause controversy as fans and media sources believes that he just wants to bandwagon off of the momentum LeBron created, for a quest to a immediate NBA title. Others feels like Allen’s 18 going on 19 year career should’ve came to an end after the Heat were defeated by the Spurs, 4 games to 1 in this year’s NBA Finals. But as the season approaches, let’s say the LeBron effect is doing him good justice once again. With the addition to Allen, expect the 2 time NBA champion proudly come off the bench and light it up at the Ouicken Loans Arena. Once the “3 pt shooting G.O.A.T’ shakes the co webs off, all 32 teams are in for a longer season….as Jesus will practice what he is known for, save the day one three at a time.
