It was a really rough night for Giants fans

Yesterday was rough for all fans of New York football–yes, even the Bills fans out there–but it was especially tragic for fans of the New York football Giants, who got embarrassed on prime time national television, then lost the crown jewel of their offense in the process.

The Giants took a loss by a count of 27-0 against the Eagles last night, and almost midway through the 3rd quarter, they suffered their worst loss of the season. Victor Cruz tore his patella tendon in an attempt to catch a touchdown pass from Eli Manning last night, and he was visibly in pain, and deeply saddened by what happened as he was carted off the field. Contrary to conflicting reports, Eagles players were not gloating about the injury, and in fact, several players took the time after the game to kneel down in a showing of solidarity as pictured below.

First Kevin Durant, now Cruz. Is there a Roc Nation curse going around?
