The “That Bass Tour” is coming to a city near you!
Starting February 11, 2015, Meghan Trainor will launch her first North American headlining tour, produced by Live Nation. She will be performing in both the US and Canada. Starting in Vancouver, BC, the ‘That Bass Tour’ will also visit New York City, Los Angeles, Toronto, Chicago and Washington D.C. with special guest, Sheppard. Tickets will be available November 8.
Trainor’s “All About That Bass” has remained number one on Billboard’s Hot 100 for eight consecutive weeks, breaking the 2014 record for the longest reign by a female artist and tying Michael Jackson’s record for longest leading number one in Epic Records’ history. “All About That Bass” has been popular worldwide, remaining at number one for four straight weeks in the UK and reaching number one in Germany, Denmark, Australia, Ireland, Mexico and Austria and 52 other countries. This single also received an MTV EMA nomination for “Best Song With a Message.” Aside from “All About That Bass,” Meghan’s new single “Lips Are Movin'” became the “Number One Most Added at Top 40” single. Trainor’s other nominations include “New Artist of the Year” at the American Music Awards and Best New Female Musician at the LOGO New Next Now Awards. Now fans eagerly await “Title,” her full-length album, which will be available on January 13 and her upcoming tour.
