Shady Records has been a staple in hip hop for 15 years. To celebrate this tremendous milestone, Eminem and friends are gifting fans a compilation album. The project, entitled Shady XV, will be two discs spanning 28 songs, mixing up greatest hits like 50’s “In Da Club” with new records like the one that just dropped tonight entitled “Y’all Ready Know” by Slaughterhouse.
It’s no doubt great to hear the four quarters reunite, as the talented emcees have been focused on their solo careers as of late. DJ Premier’s dusty, piano driven production is blessed with ear pleasing, lyrical bars – just the thing you’ve come to expect. Be sure to pre-order Shady XV on iTunes. “Y’all Ready Know” is a great incentive.
